There is no tray visible however the drainage is taken away by a wet room former which creates a natural incline to the drain hole.


The surface can be tiled or have a slip resistant wet proof floor which will curve up the walls slightly so as to keep all the water in and is ideal for a mobility situation where tiles can be a little slippery when wet and are much more difficult to keep clean.


The new range of Plastivan bathroom walling systems are proving to be extremely popular with some great designs and colours plus the added advantage of no grouting to clean and minimal maintenance.

Options For Your Wet Room


Normally our clients prefer a low maintenance walling system as it easier to maintain and almost indistinguishable from traditional tiling.  It is available in many beautiful designs and colours.  However, should you prefer traditional tiles can, of course, be used 


Once the wet room is fully waterproof, a shower and screen can be fitted with sink and lavatory as required. A walk-in shower is a popular choice in a wet room, giving a sense of luxury and can make a small space feel bigger than it is.


Disabled Wet Room Design & Fit


If the wet room is being used for a person with limited mobility or someone elderly, then grab rails and a fold down chair can be easily fitted for extra comfort and safety. We specialise in the design, supply and fit of mobility bathrooms and when incorporated into a wet room, the two go hand in hand. Wet rooms can be designed to give unhindered access, reduce the risk of falls and provide additional room to shower in comfort.


As with most mobility products upon proof of eligibility VAT will be subject to a ZERO RATING.
